Yosemite Outbound

Step into Yosemite National Park — where granite walls rise skyward, light moves slowly across the valley, and each day unfolds with quiet intention.

We begin the week with Pride celebrations in Yosemite and close in San Francisco — carrying that sense of connection from the wild into the city.

Anita Vacation Community Access Grant

A small number of places are held for the Anita Vacation Community Access Grant. This is not simply a scholarship. It is an invitation! 

An invitation into spaces that have not always felt open.  An invitation into community, belonging, and the kind of experience that stays with you long after the trip ends. We designed this for those who feel a pull toward something more — even if access has not always been there.

This may be for you if you are:

• Seeking LGBTQ+ community, or still finding your place within it
• New to national parks or outdoor experiences
• From a background where opportunities like this have been limited
• First or second generation American
• A veteran or currently in service
• Giving back to LGBTQ+ communities or connected to public lands
• Or someone who simply knows this experience would mean something deeper

There is no perfect profile. No checklist to complete. If this speaks to you, we encourage you to apply.

Each year, we thoughtfully select a small group of grant recipients to join us — individuals who will both benefit from and contribute to the spirit of the experience.

To be part of this is to be invited into something rare: a shared moment in one of the most extraordinary landscapes in the world, surrounded by people who see and understand you. If you feel that pull, trust it.
